Decide between an open bar, limited bar (selected drinks only), or cash bar. For most private events, a limited bar with wine, beer, and two signature cocktails keeps costs manageable while guests feel well served.

Step 6: Do Not Forget the Details

The small touches make the biggest impact: personalised place cards, a curated playlist, proper lighting (dimmer is almost always better), and a clear timeline for the evening so staff and guests know what to expect.
